Acceptance of Terms. By using https://plumbingcompanyfranklin.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Scope of Services. Through this Site, Shenkenberg Plumbing and Mechanical markets and arranges Water Heater Installation, Water Heater Repair, Drain Cleaning Service, Pipe Installation, Water Heater Replacement. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.

Ownership. Shenkenberg Plumbing and Mechanical (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.

Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Shenkenberg Plumbing and Mechanical's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shenkenberg Plumbing and Mechanical from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of WI, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in WI.
